Meatloaf with Brussel Sprouts
Made from Scratch in The Butcher’s Kitchen with 85% ground beef blended with our in-house smoked brisket lightly topped with whole grain mustard and caramelized onions. Paired with roasted brussel sprouts tossed in white balsamic, honey, herbs and spices to enhance the natural sweetness in the beef gravy.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Fully cooked, needs reheated.
Preheat oven to 350, remove plastic lid and cover with foil, place in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes untill heated through.
