Bolognese & Béchamel Lasagna
Made from scratch in the Butcher’s Kitchen. This Dinner Done Easy Entreé features a bolognese blend of beef, veal and pork. Mixed in are shredded carrots, chopped onion and celery that have been slow cooked with red wine, beef stock, herbs, spices & finished with tomatoes and heavy cream. A traditional Béchamel sauce is added layer by layer.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Fully cooked, needs reheated.
Preheat oven to 350, remove plastic lid, cover with foil then place in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Next remove foil and cook another 20-30 minutes to above 140° remove from oven, let rest for 15 min.
Feeds 3-5. Enjoy!
